Not yet. Today Porticulum is a solo-agent practice operating on a brokerage-grade tech stack. As volume grows, the platform scales into a full brokerage without rebuilding the stack.
How is this different from Zillow Premier Agent?
Zillow sells leads back to agents. Porticulum builds direct client relationships and uses Riven workflows to service them end-to-end.
Do you work with buyers and sellers?
Yes. Buyer representation, seller representation, and investment-property analysis are all supported through the same portal.
Where does my data live?
